<ul style="margin-top:0in" type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Manage technical projects and technical support for a sales region</span></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Research, and reports information on the selection of adhesive products, specification of manufacturing processes / equipment, and troubleshooting / failure analysis</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Review and report on the ability and capacity of company products and competing equipment</span></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Aid in the design and development of equipment, systems and redesign to existing equipment to fulfill the needs of customers</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Work as a technical liaison with customers, sales, marketing, manufacturing and R&D. </span></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Provide technical training and engineering support to close business, identify new product development opportunities, trouble shoot and provide equipment functionality and capability reports. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Travel required up to 30% depending on business needs.</span></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">JOB SPECIFICATION:</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">B.S. Engineering, Chemical Engineering, </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">G.P.A. of 3.3 or higher preferred. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size:11.0pt">1 to 3 years of demonstrated related experience in manufacturing and statistical analysis. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Customer support experience (providing product application training)</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Demonstrated project management and laboratory skills</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Sense of urgency, self starter – takes the initiative</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Communication skills, including presentations, training, technical writing</span></p>
