Miguel was awesome last night and sent everyone copies of the
Constitution and Bylaws for online voting. Then the Stevens list
server was significantly less awesome and denied his post because the
files he attached were too large. So I've changed the file limit on
the list page, and will try this again on his behalf. If for some
reason the message goes through twice, just know that this message is
really that important. Please read the message included below, as well
