[Choir] CHoir Taco Bar Party + Gift $$$ - who is NOT coming to party?

Hi Folks,

 

FIRST and Foremost, I would like to thank the choir for performing an
absolutely stellar performance yesterday.  Well done, and I know
Marie-Joan's family was very proud of you all.  You provided something very
memorable to them.  Excellent job to the quartet on James's piece.  You
folks are family to me and I enjoy every practice, every concert, as the
memories just grow.  

 

Now, onto secondary business. sorry to flood your inboxes.

 

If you have not given me the $5, please do so.  This money is going to both
gifts and the choir taco bar party.

 

There was some confusion yesterday as to if people had to pay twice, 5$ for
the party, 5$ for the gifts.  That is not the case.  

 

For me to budget for the right amount of people coming to the party, I need
you to tell me if you are NOT Coming to the party, so thus that money can be
alternated to the gift fund.    Just simply say your name in the subject of
the e-mail and then not coming.  For example "Choir Taco Bar Party - Ronen
Peled - NOT COMING" is all I'd need.  

 

If you have not paid me, please put the $$ in my PO BOX S-1229 saying your
name on it obviously.
