Dear Choir,

This is for new members dealing with outfits. Everyone else may delete.

Dear New Members:

The dresses are all in, and I am told the tuxes will be here by
Thursday (if you are John B. or James, you'll get a separate mail from
Dave Zimmerman about rental via a tux shop in town).

A lady by the name of Cindy Boyle will be coming in on Thursday at 9:00
pm to take measurements for HEMS of both pants and dresses; she'll then
deal with getting the hems done and the items back to Stevens in time
for our performance next week.

Please plan to stay after Choir for a bit on Thursday to facilitate
this, and if you're a Monday only person, please come by after class. We
don't have an on-campus tailor, so our access to Cindy's time is
limited. If absolutely necessary, she can come next Tuesday (which will
be on a Monday schedule), but that is cutting it close.

Be sure to bring or wear the shoes you intend to wear in performance.
Ideally these are close-toed, dressy and black (women - beware of very
high heels).

Stutes will be in session, so please keep pandemonium to a minimum.
New-outfit folk in Stutes: I suggest you ask Cindy to take you last, so
you can participate in rehearsal. FYI - dresses are in the closet near
the piano, with names on them; Will and Stephanie know how to get the
door open. TBA on specific tux location.

I am sorry for the late notice. We were trying to make other
arrangements earlier, but they fell through.

Please note that if you have not yet paid for your outfit, you need to
do so. I will be asking Howie Allen, the bari/bass Section Leader, to be
available to collect payments on Thursday night.

FYI, I regret that I will be out of rehearsal on Thursday night due to
an unavoidable requirement of my doctoral program. Will Stackpole, the
tenor section leader, will be leading the rehearsal with our pianist
Stephanie's assistance. Please give him your full focus and attention.
Thank you.

Best,
BR
