Dear All,

Attendance is becoming a problem.

If you are coming regularly as per your original commitment this isn't 
for you (and, thank you!), but if you aren't, we need you in Choir NOW.

We have a concert in less than a month, and while I don't want to start 
dropping people from the ensemble, I will. Your absences affect the 
group. We are doing detail work on pieces now, and when you miss that, 
it's a problem.

To those who still owe outfit money (and need to confirm that tuxes fit) 
- please take care of it!
