[Choir] TECH/final rehearsal schedule, Choir Concert, Sat 12/12

Dear Choir and Guest Instrumentalists,


Following is the final rehearsal & tech schedule for the Stevens Choir Fall Concert on SATURDAY, DEC. 12. Location: DeBaun Auditorium.


This is a tight schedule, designed to utilize everyone's time as efficiently as possible.  Please take very careful note of your call time and arrive at least five minutes beforehand, so you are ready to start.


Initial calls are in bold purple.


2:20-2:35: "Avant de quitter" - Mike, Stephanie


2:35-2:45: "Panis Angelicus" - Trevor, Stephanie


2:45-3:00: All Bernstein & Haydn soloists - Veronica, Ellen, Jimmy; DeAnna, Emily, Justin, Max


3:00-3:10: add instrumentalists for Bernstein; review - Colin, Deanna T, Stephanie (Veronica, Ellen, Jimmy - please stick around)


3:10-4:40: FULL CHOIR / please be onstage and ready to sing by 3:10. No outfits needed.


4:40-4:55: Water Night ensemble*


4:55-5:00: "A Simple Song" - Brian, Stephanie, Miranda


5:00-5:30: President's Ensemble, with Miranda and David Zimmerman



5:30-7:00: break for dinner/getting dressed


7:00: All performers - concert call (fully dressed & onstage for final warm-ups & checks)


7:30: house opens


8:00: START CONCERT
