[Choir] CALLS, Saturday Dec. 7 afternoon & evening

Dear All!

I will be more specific re the 1-2 pm time frame soon, but for the time being, please be sure to reserve the following times:

SATURDAY DEC. 7 - our concert date:

Afternoon tech (no need for concert attire):

1:00-2:00 pm, various soloists & possibly the Irish group, including Tyler, Daniel, Julia:

  *   "Schuyler Sisters" singers/beatboxer (Alex), Emily, the "Mama, Look Sharp" singers

2:00-4:30 pm (4:45 if we need it) - FULL CHOIR. Final musical reminders/rehearsal, and logistics - including getting on/off the stage & risers, checking mic levels, moving through the concert order,  placement of soloists/instrumentalists, etc.

4:45 pm - President's Ensemble (or whenever Dave Zimmerman determines)

7:00 pm - FULL CHOIR ONSTAGE FOR WARM-UPS. Dressed in concert attire. Please don't plan to dress backstage if you can avoid it - it's too crowded.

7:30 pm - HOUSE OPENS, and all performers are offstage.

8:00 pm - Concert starts
