For example, "en.m" would NOT be counted.</p><p>"for de" represents that domain_code is begin with "de", INCLUDING any character after it. </span>That depends on your definition of "word". I'm fine with either and<br>
would be surprised if it even made a difference. My guess is that any<br>
long word in the text is likely going to be longer than any HTML tag or<br>
JS variable.<br>

Whichever definition you arrive at, make sure to clearly spell it out in<br>
your submission.<br>
