[cs631apue] -A flag always set for super user?

How do we implement this from the man page? It says it is always set for
the super-user but is that something we need to detect or do we enable it
by default? The system ls doesn't enable this by default. Also running the
system ls with sudo doesn't change it either.

-A List all entries except for '.' and '..'. Always set for the super-user.
