The .1 file contains unformatted manual page stored in Unix processing
document system file format (Roff/nroff/troff/groff).</p>and in <a href="http://wiki.netbsd.org/examples/basic_unix_programming/" target="_blank">http://wiki.netbsd.org/examples/basic_unix_programming/</a><br>it mentions that :<br>
