Hello here are the minutes for tonight's meeting:


1.       Announcements:

1.1.    Unity Carnival: Wednesday 4/17 2-5 in Hayden Lot

1.2.    Unity Performance: Friday 4/19

1.3.    Potluck with SASE Monday 4/22/13 @ 9 in Jacobus

1.4.    Language Night 4/23/13 in BC 104

2.       Call to Order: The GBMo of the Chinese Student Association was
called to order at 9:12 on 4/16/13 in BC122 by President John Hu

3.       Roll Call

3.1.    E-board: Kyra, John, Jason, Caroleen, Lloyd, Steve G, Jon, Ryan

3.2.    General Body: Vincent, Courtney, Jeremy, Seyoon, Ken

3.3.    The triumvirate is broken!

4.       GBM

4.1.    Volunteers for Unity Carnival: (google doc will be going out!)

4.1.1. Setup: Jason, John

4.1.2. Booth Manning: Kyra,

4.1.3. Cleanup: Kyra

4.2.    What is a melting pot?

4.3.    Bringing Chow Fun for SASE Potluck

4.4.    We need to plan for Language Night!

4.5.    Poll on next GBM (May 30th)

4.5.1. Yay: more than the nays

4.5.2. Nay: not many

5.       Adjournment: The GBM of the Chinese Student Association was
dismissed at 9:33 on 4/16/13 by John Hu.
