[CSA] GBM Minutes, events and Ideas

Hi everybody,

I hope everyone who came to the GBM had a great time! Attached are the
minutes for the meeting. Some of the upcoming things are:

   - Unity Carnival on April 9, 1-4PM
   - Unity Show on April 11, 7-11PM
   - Club Fair April 13 (time TBA)
   - Language Night on April 23, 4-6:30PM

A quick summary for things we need ideas for

   - Club fair giveaways
   - Language night prizes

Everything else should be included in the minutes, and some surveys should
be coming out soon for event volunteering. Let me know if there are any new
ideas you have!
