[JazzBand] Freshman Tea Update

ATTENTION JAZZ BAND

Jazz Band  Set Up will meet at 1:15 backstage at theater.
(speeches begin at 1:00........ tours at 2:00)
We will have our set up.............. drums, piano, amps and stands done while people are in the speeches.

We could grab some grub and be back 2:30/2:45 .......I'm told to have the downbeat ready for 3:00.

Again........I have been asked by the office of the VP to have equipment.....amps, piano, drums moved at 1:15.
rhythm section, piano, bass, drums, guitar.....it is important for you to be there for this move!
