Hi Everyone,

 

Thank you for performing this coming Sunday for the Accepted Students
Reception! 

 

You will be setting up at 1:30pm, but then dispersing until 3:45pm. If you
have tables to man for other organizations at the Activity Fair, feel
free.or you can join me from 2:30-3:30pm at DeBaun to talk to students
interested in the performing arts on campus. Please, however, do not hang
around the reception area until 3:45pm, when you need to be in your seats
and ready to play. We'll start when we get the signal, and play until 5pm. 

 

IF it is rainy on Sunday, we will move into Walker Gym. We have done this
one other time, and is a great venue for us.

 

THANK YOU again, and I look forward to seeing you on Sunday!
