No one can edit the document anymore so please let me know if there are any
changes/additions.

WE STILL NEED A LOT OF HELP FOR CLEANUP - PLEASE STAY AND HELP! The more
people that help out, the faster it will get done. Let me know if you can!

For those helping during *12-1PM shift*, please meet on the 2nd floor of
Jacobus at the ESC Office all the way on the left. We will be carrying
things over from there to the tent on Humphreys.

*All other shifts, please meet us at the tent and check in with me. I will
be assigning all the tasks that we need help with for the day.*

Please make sure you are all dressed appropriately to help set up. It will
be pretty chilly, so bring a hoodie and wear comfortable shoes!

*For those volunteering during the event, check in with me at 9PM and I will
tell you what you will need to be doing.*

Attached is the task list and tentative volunteer schedule just to get a
feel for what you might be doing.

concerns.
