[SDS] 2012 Spring Production Update

To All,

I would like to clarify some of the questions that have been floating
around regarding the 2012 Spring Production. *First and foremost, the
Stevens Dramatic Society is not licensed to produce any show (other than The
Wedding Singer) this semester as of yet.* According to any contract we
enter, we cannot "advertise, announce, present, or sell tickets for any
performances until [we] are licensed...".

The SDS Executive Board has inquired earlier this week about obtaining
rights for a show that will remain unannounced at this time. As such, I ask
that any of you who auditioned for *The Wedding Singer* to *keep Sunday
(02/04/2012) Morning/Afternoon (11AM - 4PM) clear* for possible
auditions/callbacks for whatever show the Society can produce, *pending
licensing of show rights*. Please keep checking your inboxes for future
communication from the Executive Board regarding whether or not those who
have auditioned have received a callback and for future updates concerning
the 2012 Spring Production. *If you have already received an email
concerning Callbacks, this information is the most up to date.*

As soon as the Society is approved for show rights, the Executive Board
will let the Society know what show we will be producing and when all
important production dates (auditions/callbacks, performances, etc.) will
be.
