Constitution/Bylaws Update & Elections GBM Next WEDNESDAY, APRIL 24th at
9PM (Location TBA)

Attached are the minutes from last Wednesday evening and the Constitution
and Bylaw Proposed revisions.

Below are the eligible members and current nominees respectively.  More
nominees will be accepted in writing until Monday at 9PM .
