[SDS] Meeting Minutes, T-Shirts, ProBoard Apps, Actors Picking up Clothing

Good afternoon all,

Attached to this email (among other things) are the minutes from last
night's GBM. Thank you to all who were in attendance!

*Show Shirts*
If you have not heard already, the company that we ordered the show shirts
from misplaced the order and were unable to get them to us before the run
started. As discussed last night, we will still be placing an order for
show shirts despite the fact that the show has ended. Please note that the
color of the shirt has changed from burnt orange to purple (bottom right
corner of color choices in attached meeting powerpoint) as per the poll
that was held last night.* If you do not want a shirt but originally
ordered one, email the alias before Friday (midnight) or one will be
ordered for you and you will be financially responsible for the shirt.
*Likewise,
if you did not originally submit an invoice and do want a shirt, you can
also submit an order now. Just email the alias with the size shirt that you
want by *Friday at midnight!*

*ProBoard Applications*
We have received a few emails regarding ProBoard interest, and discussion
last night about getting ProBoard applications out super early, so: The
ProBoard application for next semester is attached to this email. There are
no set deadlines for now, but if you are interested in being a part of the
ProBoard next semester, please fill one out and get it to an EBoard member
or scan it and send it to the alias (sds at stevens.edu).

*Actors Clothing Pickup*
If you left your personal clothing backstage, it is now being dry cleaned
and Jack Farzan will send an email when it is available for pickup. Please
pick up any shoes/accessories/anything else as soon as possible.
