There's a lot going on in this email.  We can make it, though.  We all just
need to work together.

Next GBM

Our next general body meeting is next Wednesday, March 5th, at 9pm in E222.
If you cannot make it, be sure to send us your excusal!

Matilda Show

We have the tickets for Matilda.  There will be a form to sign up for a
ticket (first-come, first served) that will open at 7am on Thursday, March
6th and will be sent out over email at that time.  The tickets are going to
be $26 per person (I know I said $24 at the last GBM.  Fight me).  The
e-board is currently working on seeing another show on the night of Friday,
March 21 that you will only have to pay $5 per person to see.  Keep that in
mind as we may or may not do first-come, first-served for that show,
depending on what the interest is in both shows.

Show Shirt Deadline

The deadline to preorder a show shirt ($10) for A Funny Thing Happened On
The Way To The Forum is TONIGHT!

Make sure you select the 'Invoice Me' option at the cart checkout page.
Also, if you plan on ushering for all four shows this semester, you will no
longer be receiving a free shirt.  So, make sure you preorder a shirt if you
want to own one.  After today, the price of the shirt rises to $15, and
there is no guarantee that there will be enough shirts for you to purchase
one when they arrive.

Publicity Committee

The publicity committee is coming back this semester and is going to be
better than ever!  Contact Colin Gliech <mailto:cgliech at stevens.edu>  if you
would like to be a part of that committee.

Dinner-And-A-Show

Remember that idea to run an event for the Stevens campus where we host a
dinner somewhere on campus and then have everyone at that dinner come see
Forum on one of the nights of the performances?  Contact SDS Executive Vice
President DeVon Lineman <mailto:dlineman at stevens.edu>  if you would like to
be on that committee!  

Wood Delivery

Calling all brawny men and women:  wood is being delivered on Thursday,
March 6th, and we need as many people as we can possibly get to bring the
wood into the theater!  Liz and I can't do it all ourselves.  I'm skinny and
she's probably allergic to wood or something.

First Crew Call

The first crew call for the show will be on Saturday, March 8th at a time
TBD.

Load-In and Spring Break Building

As you are all probably aware, because of changes to the academic calendar,
March 22nd is now a Thursday class schedule.  Unfortunately, this is the
same date as the first day of load-in, but don't fret!  Load-in will still
take place, but a lot of the work is going to span over the course of the
entire weekend (Saturday and Sunday).  This makes it more crucial that we
build as much as possible, if not everything, over spring break.  Let Liz
know if you are going to be available to help build over spring break!
We'll have food (maybe)!
