[SGA Announcement] Spring 2008 Budgets

To the Stevens RSO community:

 

As you should be aware of by now, budgets for the Spring 2008 semester are
due by 6 PM on Sunday, November 18. I have placed the sign-up list for the
marathon meeting on the SGA office door on the 2nd floor of Jacobus (as we
did last semester, if you approve of your cut budget, then you do not need
to attend; however, you must INITIALLY sign up).

 

The box to drop off the TWO hard copies of your budget is also located
outside the SGA office. You must also email a copy to me
(mbocchin at stevens.edu).

 

Please note that if the SGA does not have your club's Constitution and
Bylaws, then you will not be considered for budgeting until we receive those
files. Please contact David Pfeffer and Abel Alvarez, who are the SGA
Senators in charge of the Constitution and Bylaw Committee; they may already
have yours on file.

 

Past budgets are on the SGA website if you need assistance.
