[SHPC] Official CPR Sign ups

Thanks for the question! We recently received an increase in budget and will now be able to cover more students while maintaining COVID restrictions with the CPR class, so the cap is now at 13 people.

Unfortunately due to restrictions, only the first 10 people who sign up to the event will be taken. Those 10 people will be notified when selected.
