Hey Girls,

I hope you are all enjoying your summers.  Registration for SWE Nationals in the fall is right around the corner!  There are a few things I need from you girls if you are interested in going:

Additionally, our budget will cover all of the ticket to the conference, the hotel and maybe some of the plane tickets.  Thus, if we don't raise more money (which we hope we will) and don't get any money form some sponsors (which I really hope we will) each girl is going to have to put out about $150.00 for the plane tickets.  If this isn't possible I can try and figure something out, but we need to register ASAP.  Thus, let me know the above information and if you can pay for it, you really want to go but can't afford it, or don't want to go at all.  Please let me know by the 29th of July.

The dates of the conference is October 13-15 that is Thursday to Saturday.  Check out our schedules for the fall and let me know if you can leave for the conference on Wednesday night or Thursday morning.  It is an excused absence in most professor's eyes, but if you don't want to miss a class I totally understand.  We will try and accommodate everyone as much as possible to get as many girls as possible to go.
