[SWE] SWE Restaurant Survey

Happy Monday Ladies!

We will be going on our restaurant dinner outing hosted by the Social
Committee on Friday, December 2nd at 6:00pm.  Please take the survey below
to help decide which restaurant we will be going to (Charrito's, Arthur's,
Grimaldi's, Ayame).  Remember that each member has to pay for her own meal.

Unfortunately, due to lack of interest in the Pot-Luck dinner, we will be
canceling this event.  We hope you can still make it to the restaurant
dinner!

I will be sending out a final email closer to December 2nd so that I can
get a final headcount for the dinner.  If you have any questions, please
feel free to email me.
