[SWE] SWE Dinner!

Hi SWE!

The survey results for the SWE dinner showed a 50/50 split between Pot Luck
and a Restaurant outing .. so we are going to have both!  You do not have to
attend both, but you may.
Please fill out the survey below indicating which dates and times work best
for you.  Only fill out the question if you are planning on attending that
dinner.
