[SWE] SWE Announcement - Meeting time rescheduled

Hey SWE members,

Thanks to all who came out to the ice cream social! It was a greater
turn-out than expected.

Tonight's General Body Meeting is being rescheduled to next week, *Tuesday
April 22* at *9pm*, tentatively in EAS 222. We will then elect Secretary,
present the new e-board, and discuss the National Conference in October.
