[SWE] SWE Graduation Stoles

Hi Everyone!

For all the graduating seniors we will be putting together an order for
graduation stoles. SGA does not fund these so if you are interested, you
would have to buy your own. Depending on how many people wish to buy
 stole, the price is between $31 and $36.
