[SWE] Interest Forms

Hey everyone!
Attached are two interest forms, one for the National Conference and one
for the Subcommittee groups.

The National Conference Interest Form

close this Tuesday, the 19th at 11:59 PM.  If you have responded with
maybe, there will be a follow-up email for your decision.  SWE will be
sending out flight and hotel details no later than this Friday.
