[SWE] STARTS Volunteers Needed!

Hey everyone!

Just a reminder that the SWE K12 Committee is hosting STARTS, a community
STEM outreach program, and we need volunteers to help out!
The event is Sunday April 8th in Babbio from 1-4pm (volunteering slots are
from 12-5pm).
