[Themaintainers] On standards

Hi all-

Last month at a UX conference, I gave a talk about how researchers do our
best work by focusing less on ethics and more on "standards." This builds
on work by Meredith Whittaker and others, introduces new data and cases
from my own practice, and concludes with a very elementary how-to.
