<br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-family:sans-serif">been left to their own way of doing things... Now, with the <a href="IEEE.org">IEEE.org</a>, we</span>
<br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-family:sans-serif">have a HUGE opportunity to add our voices in not only setting standards,</span>
<br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-family:sans-serif">but in areas like documentation, workshops/webinars and tutorials where</span>
<br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-family:sans-serif">we can apply language justice and design justice to prevent</span>
<br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-family:sans-serif">racist/sexist algorithms and racist/sexist language being published in</span>
<br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-family:sans-serif">actual code and in documentation as well as other places it pops up!!</span>

<br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-family:sans-serif">A newly formed project with <a href="IEEE.org">IEEE.org</a> is starting the process to set</span>
<br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-family:sans-serif">standards for free and open source software. Technical folks and Organic</span>
<br> <span dir="ltr" style="font-family:sans-serif">people are necessary and their voices are valued! Please go to the link</span>
