[AIChE] The Conference Is Here!

Hello Conference Attendees,

Thank you for your continued interest in and enthusiasm for Chemical
Engineering through AIChE!  The conference is almost upon us and everyone
at Stevens AIChE is excited to welcome you to our campus to catalyze
curricular and co-curricular development and minimize entropy while
insuring a well-mixed social perspective, as Chemical Engineers so often do.

Some important notes to consider this weekend:

FRIDAY (4/13)
- Registration / Badge Pick-Up will begin at 5pm in the Courtyard Marriott.
- ChemE Jeopardy will begin at 7pm in the banquet room of the Courtyard
Marriott.  The winning team will be eligable to compete in the National
Competition in Pittsburgh this fall.  All teams (even those not staying in
the hotel) are invited to attend, meet members from other schools, and
enjoy snacks and refreshments.
- You may check your ChemE Car with a Stevens rep to be brought back to
campus during this time.  Any last minute questions should be direct at
John Wright (jwright at stevens.edu)

SATURDAY (4/14)
- Those who did not pick-up their badges or still need to register may do
so in the Bissinger Room (4th Floor) of the Howe Center on Stevens campus
beginning at 8:00am.  The Welcome Ceremony and over-view of the weekend
will begin at 8:45am.  See campus

- There is an option of walking from the hotel to Stevens

or taking the PATH train ($2), located directly outside the Courtyard
Marriott to Hoboken and making the shorter walk to campus.  Take the
"HOB/33rd" to the Hoboken terminal.
- Those who are local and will be driving may park in the 8th Street
parking lot, also noted in the campus map.
- A full agenda of the weekend events are attached.
- Shuttles will depart from the Courtyard Marriott beginning at 5:30pm to
the dock where the banquet cruise is embarking from.  The last shuttle will
leave at ~5:50pm.  If you were looking to drive to the dock, the address is:
