[AIChE] Welcome back and GBM scheduling

ChemEs,

Our first GBM of the semester is *tentatively *scheduled for 9PM next
Wednesday (Jan 31st). Last semester I received notification from several
students that Wednesday nights do not work for them.

GBMs will continue to be scheduled in the evenings, however I am more than
willing to change what day of the week we meet.
