[AnimeClub] Anime Club Executive Board Nominations

Hello members and staff,

For those who were not at Anime Club this past Friday, the new Constitution was passed by a two-thirds vote with quorum, meaning the new structure of the organization is now in effect.

In addition, this means nominations for the Executive Board are now open . They will remain open until Friday, March 18 at 9:00pm .

List of Positions:
Chairman: Runs the club and the convention, including organizing all other duties, acting as the club's representative to other organizations and the Stevens administration.
Treasurer: Manages the convention's budget, and submits our club budget to the SGA. Carries out all purchases for the club and makes sure we are financially stable.
Vice-Chair of Operations: The line-producer, so to say, of the Anime Club production. Oversees day-to-day operations of the club and assists with making sure everybody else does their job. Also manages all operations-related responsibilities for the convention.
Vice-Chair of Programming: Helps determine the content of Anime Club events (i.e., suggesting anime, although the Open Operations Committee has the authority to make the final decision) as well as the convention. Manages all programming department heads for the convention and determines what content is suitable to be shown.
Vice-Chair of Publicity: Responsible for advertising all Anime Club events, and handling all publicity, press, and public relations for the convention.
Vice-Chair of Guests and Industry Relations: Handles contacting of important industry guests, as well as relationships with the anime and manga industry. This is mostly a convention-specific position.
