[AnimeClub] CPAC 2019 E-board Nominations

Hi everyone!

It's that time of year again!

If you have a passion for CPAC, or know somebody who does, the time has
come to *open nominations for the CPAC Executive Board*!

Note that this is separate from the Anime Club e-board, which is
responsible for running club. The CPAC e-board is responsible for running
the annual convention, which now takes place at the Meadowlands Exposition
Center.
