I can’t find an interest/audition form from the past, but this was the info we gathered from the form:

Date Submitted

Stevens email and cell phone for primary contact

Name of primary contact

Name of the act itself

Who will be participating in the act? Names, pronouns, graduation year(s)….include ALL participants

Brief description of the act and what it will be performing

Is there anything special in your act that should be taken under consideration (lighting, sound, instruments, etc.)

Something should be added that says….”The Ducks on Display production committee reserves the right to request a video and/or in person audition, to confirm appropriateness and quality for the performance…” or something similar.

That should be it for the interest form….other than deadline is Feb 25….unless you can think of something else to add….?

I would also note that a rehearsal on the DeBaun stage will be included 2 weeks leading up to the performance…and the performance itself is Wednesday, March 9 at 9pm. Your entire act must be available that evening to perform.
