Dear professor,

I have queried all the hosts. 

Most input rate or output rate I got look like this 
"0.000048240025.....".  <= MB/second

So if I choose "floor" or "int", it will be "0";
     Otherwise if I choose "ceiling", it will be "1";

Is it Ok for all these kind of answers?? 

Does my answer make any sense since the rate I had calculated is very 
small??
