[cs615asa] Question: Perl

Dear professor,

I developed my scrip on the Solaris 10. Then I used "scp" to pass my 
script to the "lab.cs.stevens.edu"

And the editor I used is  "gedit". 

So do you mean "gedit" may contain any character with "\n" even if I 
developed my scrip on Unix machine??
