[cs615asa] snmpwalk on medusa.srcit.stevens.edu

Hey guys,
I got a problem when trying to query interfaces from 
medusa.srcit.stevens.edu

When I run 
"snmpwalk -c cs615 -v 1 medusa.srcit.stevens.edu"
, I have
"Timeout: No Response from medusa.srcit.stevens.edu"

This command works on other servers, I don't know why it is not for 
this server. 

When I replace community string from "cs615" to "public", I get 
something back but with no interfaces included.

Any guidance is highly appreciated. Thanks :)
