Dear professor,

It is because I don't have that kind of problem as I enter the command 
like ping or something else. 

So I did not consider that kind of situation to make my code can 
execute successfully without updating PATH environment.  

Therefore, do you mean that we should write some codes inside the 
program in order to execute the updating PATH every time as we execute 
our program?? 

or we just need to update the PATH environement as usual.
