[cs615asa] Compile error using pkgsrc

Hello!

You shouldn't need to install gcc 2.95, try something > 3, as in lang/gcc3.

Though It sounds like you've tried that already, "I am able to install
higher versions of gcc." Is there a reason you need version 2.95?
