No.

This is a trivial assignment.  Try not to overengineer anything.  It
should not take anybody more than 10 minutes or 10 lines of code.

The functionality of generating random numbers is not what is of
interest to me - what I'm trying to figure out is who in this class is
capable of following simple instructions like the ones in this
assignment (or, as an exercise in self-finding and improvement on my
par, how unclear my instructions appear to be).
