[cs615asa] dig error

hi
i am working on Open Solaris. when i am doing dig pat.uio.no it is not
working. the output i am getting is
; <<>> DiG 9.3.6-P1 <<>> pat.uio.no
;; global options:  printcmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached


anyone is having the same problem with Open Solaris?
