[cs615asa] HW3 -- NetBSD AMI ID

I think there is a slight issue with the NetBSD AMI ID you provided in
the description of HW3.  From the command line, ec2dim returns no
images with that particular AMI ID and neither does a search from the
EC2 portion of the AWS Management Console.  When searching on "NetBSD"
in all images and platforms, only 1 image is returned (AMI ID =
ami-c4ef1dad, a 64-bit NetBSD 5.1).  Can you advise on whether or not
we should use that image?  Thanks in advance for the help.
