[cs615asa] Issues with NetBSD AMI

I had a problem also with the ami-820fddeb, was running but I couldn't ssh
into. I changed the instance type from micro to small and now it's working
fine.

I'm stock with the second part, I'm trying to interpret the ktruss output.
Seems to me that test2.cgi tries to read a file that is missing.
Anyone had better luck ??

Thanks
Christian
