[cs615asa] test2 as x86_64

Hello,

Just in case you have issues with the test2.cgi binary, which is an i386
binary, on an x86_64 instance, I've also created an x86_64 version of
the same program.  This shouldn't be necessary, since the i386 binary
should run just fine on x86_64 (and I have confirmed just now that it
does in fact work as epxected), but in any case, here it is:
