[cs615asa] AWS Charges

I was looking at the wrong bill - it was a LOT of hours!! It's fine. Wish we could stop some of these without having to terminate. 

US East (Northern Virginia) Region
 	Amazon EC2 running Linux/UNIX
 	 	$0.00 per Micro Instance (t1.micro) instance-hour (or partial hour) under monthly free tier	384 Hrs	0.00
 	 	$0.085 per Small Instance (m1.small) instance-hour (or partial hour)	708 Hrs	60.18
 	 	$0.34 per Large Instance (m1.large) instance-hour (or partial hour)	6 Hrs	2.04
