[cs615asa] Permission denied (publickey) on every new instance

Think about what this does.
How could this help the problem you're
seeing?

I do "sudo ssh..."
because I previously chomded the keypair to 400, which could only be
readable to the root authority. 
And I think the first number in chmod
is for root user.
