Hi,

I think sipcalc was not available in the YUM repository so I installed 
it from RPM package. Rpmfind.net can be used to find binary packages 
built by other people. Here is the link which I find is suitable for 
Fedora: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/epel/5/i386/sipcalc-1.1.4-3.el5.i386.rpm
