[cs615asa] Python boto tool

Dear Professor ,,

There is a tool called boto for python which is the best way to interface
with Amazon Web Services (AWS) according to the following source:

Unfortunately, it doesn't installed on Linux lab. Is there any way to use
this tool? Thank you
