[cs615asa] Access Credentials

I have been using access and secret keys I made using the console in the
account screens here:

https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam/home?#security_credential

I know we are supposed to use command line for pretty much everything but I
haven't come across any way to generate the keys in the documentation via
cli. Am I missing something or are we all assuming we  generate key pairs
during account creation.
